Friday, February 22, we had three Stocks to Watch and four Around the Horn subscription trades on our radar. Of these, two were profitable, one was a scratch trade, one gapped in our direction but past our price, and three were no shows.

Agrium Inc (AGU) was an Infield Fly short for Friday’s Around the Horn subscription trade list. AGU hit the entry within the first hour and continued well past the profit target. Exit is on the reversal from this extension.

Equitable Resources Inc (EQT) was an Infield Fly short for Friday’s Stocks to Watch trade list. An entry below yesterday’s low corresponded with a drop below today’s opening levels. EQT kept trading lower, finding a bottom and wide consolidation level, with an exit on the cross of the 8 period moving average and move to upside.
