Monday, October 6, we had four Stocks to Watch and two Extra Innings on our radar. Of these, all had profit opportunities.

Encana Corp (ECA) was an Extra Inning short for Monday’s trade list. ECA opened gap-down and an entry opportunity presented itself after the first couple of 5 minute bars with a tight stop on the break of the yellow pivot. Exit was at the bobble or hesitation of this extremely extended drive.

Unisource Energy Corp (UNS) was an Extra Inning short for Monday’s trade list. ECA opened gap-down and traded back to the close before heading lower for an entry opportunity at the S1 pivot. Exit was at the cross of the S2 pivot. There was another opportunity just moments later.

Aracruz Celulose (ARA) was Fastball short for Monday’s Stocks to Watch trade list. An entry opportunity presented itself 10 minutes or so into the session at the S1 pivot. Exit was later in the day at the cross of the S2 pivot.

KBR Inc (KBR) was Switch Hitter short for Monday’s Stocks to Watch trade list. KBR opened and had a nice pullback with an entry opportunity on the breakdown of this pullback at the failure to cross the Central Pivot. Exit was at the cross of the S1 pivot.

McDermott International Inc (MDR) was Backdoor Slider short for Monday’s Stocks to Watch trade list. MDR gapped down and had an entry opportunity on the cross of the S1 pivot. Exit was at the pullback from lows. Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co (RS) had an almost exact story.
