Tuesday, October 7, we had two Stocks to Watch and one Extra Inning on our radar. Of these, two had profit opportunities.

YUM Brands Inc (YUM) was an Extra Inning short for Tuesday’s trade list. YUM opened and traded higher, above the R1 pivot. YUM then reversed and an entry opportunity presented itself on a break back down through this pivot. Exit was at the bobble or hesitation of the drop at the Central Pivot or at the S1 pivot later in the afternoon.

First Energy Corp (FE) was Fastball short for Tuesday’s Stocks to Watch trade list. An entry opportunity presented itself 15 minutes or so into the session at the Central pivot. Exit was later at a bounce above a trailing stop at consolidation highs.
