On Wednesday December 17, 2008 we had two Around the Horn premium trades, three Stocks to Watch and one Extra Inning on our radar. Of these, one was profitable and the remaining were no-shows.

Ishares TR DJ US Real Estate (IYR) was a Fast Ball long Around the Horn premium trade for Wednesday’s trading. IYR spend most of the session underwater. Two-thirds through, however, IYR came from behind and with some legs, hitting our entry and profit target with a little hesitation and trading up and beyond the R1 pivot. Exit was at the profit target or beyond.
