Live Trading Room Stock Setups For May 16

Huge day of trading. In fact, it was our best day in month. We were just short of pulling three points out of the market.

What lessons can we take away from today? First, remember that profits are not evenly distributed. It's unlikely that Thursday will be a similar day of trading. Second, you need these big days to be a profitable trader over the entire year. Days like today are necessary to offset losing days. Third, don't shut down for the day because the morning exceeded your expectations. It's natural to be wary of giving back your gains, but feasting on big days will get you through the famines.
