Has the QQQQ Hit a Bottom?

Has the QQQQ Hit a Bottom?

The NASDAQ 100 Trust (QQQQ) recently made a 6-month low at 38.23. Is 38.23 the bottom? It's hard to tell, but we may find out soon.  38.60 has proved to be a solid support level. If the Q's break 38.60, we may get an idea as to how support at the 6-month low of 38.23 will hold.

Adobe Systems, Inc (ADBE) has seen better days. After putting in a breakaway gap to the downside, the stock has been downtrending sharply. It appears that RSI is not much of a factor in ADBE's case considering the fact that RSI has remained at the 20 level with no sign of reversal in the stocks price action.  ADBE is coming up on support at 28.
