The monthly bias continues to be in negative mode. Obviously, actual results don't always conform, but remember -- this has been a whippy market. If the Dow gains 100 Wednesday, it's not outside any realm of imagination that it will give it all back and then some in the next day or two. The weekly signals are neutral, so they don't contradict.
