Julie Peterson-Manz reviews the results and lessons learned from Around the Horn: Stocks to Watch for February 26.
On Monday, we had four Stocks to Watch, one Extra Inning and two Around the Horn subscription trades on our radar. Of these, one hit for profits, three were scratches and three were no-shows.
Parker-Hannifin (PH) was a Sinker (short) setup from Sunday night’s Stocks to Watch column. PH was within a few pennies of our trigger price of Friday’s high off the open and never looked back. PH found support and then resistance on the Central Pivot. Exit was toward end of day on the cross of the 8- and 20-simple moving averages.

Extra Innings and Opportunities for Wednesday, February 14, 2007:
We had several setups for today that didn’t trigger or scratched us out, and we will be watching these for tomorrow.
