We're in turnaround Tuesday mode, but only the Russell is giving a non-conflicted buy affirmation.  The daily signals are negated in the other two, which shifts the default to the bearish monthly.

Dynamic Monthly Biases for July 19

Hold shorts in S&Ps and Nasdaq.  Flip from short to long in the Russell.
