On Tuesday, May 29, 2007, we had four Stocks to Watch, three Extra Innings and one Around the Horn subscription trade on our radar. Of these, one hit for profits, one for a loss and six were no-shows.

Reliant Energy (RRI) was a Switch Hitter long setup for Tuesday’s Around the Horn subscription trades. RRI hit our entry level mid-day, tagging our entry price before fading. As RRI did not go 10 cents or greater in our favor before hitting the 50% to stop loss level, exit was at this 50% to stop loss level.

Manpower Inc (MAN) was a Sinker short setup from Monday night’s Stocks to Watch column. MAN opened and consolidated in a breaking ball pattern. Entry was on a break below this level and MAN made a smooth ride down two-plus points. Exit was on a trade up from the afternoon consolidation and a break above this resistance.
