Around the Horn: Extra Innings for June 6

Tuesday we had two Stocks to Watch, three Extra Innings, and three Around the Horn subscription service trades on our radar. Of these, one was a winner, one was a scratch with the rest no shows.

Allied Capital (ALD) was a Fastball long from Monday night’s Stocks to Watch column. ALD opened above our entry level and traded down and back through on the way to consolidation at the R1 pivot level. Exit was mid-afternoon on a pop up to new highs then a double play and cross back over the 8-period simple moving average.
