Around the Horn: Extra Innings for August 21

Monday we had three Stocks to Watch on our radar. Of these, one hit for profits.

Downey Financial Corp (DSL) was a short for Monday’s Stocks to Watch list with an Infield Fly flavor. DSL hit our entry price late in the day, with two entry opportunities. DSL traded to a low of 49.15, nearly a point beyond our entry, before bouncing back. Exit was on the cross of the 8 period simple moving average on the move up from lows.
