Dynamic Monthly Biases for August 1
It's turnaround Monday (or something like that). The market cross-currents are urging us to switch from long to short in the Nasdaq and Russell and from short to long in the S&P. Notice the cap formations in both the S&P and Nasdaq. True, we'd ignore it in the S&P, but perhaps it is portending a down move overall in the indexes for Monday.
